      They are AMAZING!! ordered the wrong size the actually gave me credit to order the right size before i even sent back the one that didn't fit. Will be ordering all my costumes from them for years to come.

      My 3 year old was dead set on being Mavis from Hotel Transylvania for Halloween, and this site not only had the cutest Mavis out of all the sites we looked at, but was also the most affordable and offered the most sizes. Her costume is well made and she loves it. I also had a great Customer Service experience. When we received it after ordering we realized it was missing the fingerless gloves that were supposed to come with it, and when I reached out to see if they could make it right, they not only shipped us a new one right away, but also said we didn't have to worry about returning the one we had, and instead to donate it. So awesome! We will definitely buy from this site again.

      Great customer service and selection! I've ordered from them for the last several years. Exchanges/returns are easy if needed. Costumes are well made and shipping is quick! Highly recommend!

      Speedy delivery of the costume I ordered
      When it arrived, I noticed the foam was creased so the head looked odd. I contacted customer service online, and they helped resolve the problem.

      I recently ordered a women's pumpkin monster costume. What I received was a pair of Beetlejuice pants. I called customer service and, even though I had to wait over an hour to talk to someone, I received great customer service. Megan, the phone customer service representative, was very apologetic about the wrong item being delivered. Unfortunately, they couldn't deliver the correct item by the time I actually needed it. Working with a supervisor, Megan got approval for a full refund for me. Also, because the cost to return the item I was sent by mistake was not worth the time, effort, and cost to return, I was told that I could keep it. I really appreciated not having the hassle of going to the post office. I'd definitely recommend, and order from, them again.

      Great selection of items compared to other Halloween stores. I've gotten a lot of unique decorations from them over the years. Love their new return process, which is free if converted to Fun Bucks.

      Fun.com and Halloween.com are wonderful companies and so easy to work with! On the off chance you do have a problem they are kind and very prompt to respond and resolve any issue!! Love them and will def use them again!!
