      Terrible return policy that burdens the customer with all of the risk and incurs excessive monetary costs. Beyond the ridiculous list of requirements to qualify for a return, the company also charges an 18% restocking fee while also requiring the customer to pay for the return shipping. Finally, if the company deems the list of requirements not met to their satisfaction, they keep your original payment and the returned product without compensation. Seriously, how is this legal?

      Halloween Costumes is a great place to get your Halloween Costumes!! I bought 2 and they arrived really fast. Then I bought 2 more!! I ordered an extra by mistake and it was still showing in transit on my account. I chatted with an agent online and she sent me the shipping labels to return the items while I was talking with her! It was so easy! Halloween Costumes is my go to for all my costumes!!

      As a big man. Costumes have always had to be home made and maybe a purchased hat, mask or accessory. When I found that I could purchase 6xl and 7xl costumes that were really good quality and delivered super quickly, I was over joyed. I have bought 3 full costumes and wore the first one on a Halloween cruise. There was zero disappointment in my purchase. It fit as it stated, The quality was great out of the box. There was no odd smell. I have recommended this site to all who ask. I have purchased the hagrid, turtle and the beast costumes.

      Ordered this on Sept 22, was "delivered" Sept 25. Messaged FedEx about missing package, they said that the seller has to open claim. Notified support immediately and they said they would handle it. I was optimistic they would come up with some kind of resolution but ended up being wrong to do so. I constantly asked for updates and was assured the issue would be handled. Only when I threatened to dispute the charge did they finally refund me. They clearly never tried to help me in any way. This company is just greedy and doesn't care whether or not you actually receive the item(s) you paid for

      Costume selection is massive, size range is amazing, shipping is fast, customer service is awesome and the costumes are some of the best, nothing I’ve found in stores

      I purchased a costume 10 days ago from www/haloweencostumes.com and it arrived yesterday. I didn't open the packaging as I found that they are just a middleman for forplaycatalog.com. I paid over $70 while forplay sells this item for $48. I called haloweencostumes and had to wait for 38 minutes for the phone to be answered. I asked them for a price match. The answer was no.I asked them if I could return. The answer was no.I asked to tap to a supervisor. She said I could return but I would have to pay for shipping and a 18% restocking fee. That adds up to $30.Stay away from halloween costumes and shop at many other online stores that have good return/exchange/pricematch policies
