    On June18th 2024, a Tuesday my wife and I contracted with *****************, a ******* for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to install a new sump pump and battery back-up for an agreed upon price of $3,381.30. ************** installed the units and was paid by check the same day. No problems with the pumps or installation, and the agreed upon price. I received an invoice via e-mail citing the job, parts and total cost. I then requested an "Itemized Invoice" breaking down the cost by parts, and labor via phone as was told this was not the way they did business. Several calls later I talked to a person named "Chance" as was told he would make an exception to this practice and send me an itemized invoice. I made calls on 6-25, 6-26, and 7-1, and was told it would take a while and it would be posted to my address via the *************** I have not received the invoice or heard from the company since July 1st. If you could help me obtain an itemized invoice breaking down the total cost by the price of the part and the cost of labor by hour, I would be appreciative. Thank You.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The Invoice does not really document the breakdown for the labor charges.  The quantity does not break down how it is allocated, i.e., per unit, per hour, etc. I am wondering how the labor charges were computed.
