    Let me explain my situation, we are a business, we get orders constantly throughout the week. From mon - sun with no issue, custom ordered an item for a customer contingent on the fact it arrive before sunday. This item was ordered Wednesday. They allow one entire business day for processing, which for some reason means 2 days, as i ordered it wednesday morning and it didnt ship until thursday night. I finally got tracking after speaking to customer support and guess what? Expected delivery monday, i reached out to support to ask why our extra charge of $50 USD was 4 day shipping, not 2. their response? "We Exclude Weekends In Shipping" So there was literally no point in spending an extra 50 dollars. When asked why he posted their shipping policy which is hidden at the bottom of their main page, which states on ONE line that they exclude weekends. Mind you this was NOT presented AT ALL at checkout, checkout simply says 1 -2 day shipping with no information on policy, will be looking elsewhere as it will not arrive in time for the customer and we have a glorified paper weight for $300, thanks airsoftstation.

We are sorry that the order did not meet your expectations.Order placed on 5/8 at 5:52 PM Order shipped on 5/9 at 2:26 PM with ***** 2 **************************** requested: Express: 1-2 Business Days As the order was shipped on a Thursday the 2nd business day is the following Monday, which is the guaranteed delivery date.If the item is no longer needed you may submit a return request.

    I had a disappointing experience with Airsoft Station due to their poor communication. Despite attempts to reach out for updates on my delayed order, I received no response from the company until after multiple calls during business hours. Their lack of communication was frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Airsoft Station's services based on this experience.

    My son bought a gun from these clowns. Paid $221 for it including tax. They will not return the tax. Only gave him $206 back. What a joke. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

    Ordered a product online. As soon as I clicked order/purchase, I immediately thought that I made a mistake so I made sure I emailed customer support right away since there is no option on the website to cancel the order. Got a reply a couple of hours later saying it cannot be changed due to the fact that the order has already been processed even if i see awaiting fulfillment status on order. Why should i pay shipping (18$) for stuff that i admit was my fault initially for purchasing the wrong order but could have been corrected from their end. East fix. No convenience on the customers part.
