On July 19, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.805, subds. 1 and 3 and 326B.33 (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from acting or offering to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota until appropriate license is achieved and to cease and desist from acting or offering to perform the services of an electrical contractor in Minnesota. The business also agreed to pay $2,500 of a $10,000.00 penalty with the balance stayed on the condition that the business fully complies with the terms of the Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
