    The entire management dynamic is. ********. There are members in management who send their employees threatening/HIGHLY inappropriate messages in the middle of the night. (Happened to me, I have the proof!!) they let their little office ladies run the show which crushes what tiny bit of morale this companys very few good employees offer. You set one of those beaches off, HA! Say bye bye to what little joy you have left in your position. They operate solely on personal vendettas, and you guessed it! It begins in management, and they ENCOURAGE it. Ive heard the exact words from a member in management, well Ive seen how much money they make and its way too much, we need to put a stop to that. Funny coming from a company thats entire language is money money money. Ownership/management will tell you youre just a number, and that youre replaceable and theyll treat you that way too. The entire place *****. If youre a capable, happy, and intelligent person, STEER VERY CLEAR. The only benefits that are worth it is the health insurance, but most places are comparable, at least. The pay *****, no maternity leave, barely any vacation time. Just dont even waste your time or risk your mental health.
