      We had an excellent experience with Superior Garage Door. Brandon was the expert who helped us install a garage door opener. He was quite professional, arrived on time, and performed the installation quickly. Brandon also took the time to explain how to use the new opener and answer any of our questions. Superior Garage Door gives amazing service and I strongly recommend them.

      Superior Garage Doors exceeded my expectations. Jim arrived swiftly to repair our garage door, which was creating a dreadful noise. He immediately discovered the issue and resolved it effectively. Jim's experience and professionalism are admirable.       Jim from Superior Garage Door performed a fantastic job repairing our garage door. We had an emergency with a broken spring, and Jim responded in under an hour. He was highly professional, presenting the issue properly and resolving it quickly. Our garage door is currently working better than before. Superior Garage Door gets my highest recommendation for their prompt response and excellent service.

      Brian gave us excellent service 3 years ago and again last week. He arrived in less than 2 hours after my call. He was very friendly, courteous, and skilled. He explained how the door and parts were supposed to work and how some were not performing. He provided an estimate of the repairs. With in an hour the door was working perfectly. If I ever need garage door repairs again I will call Brian at Superior.

      Called Superior Garage Door to fix one of the cables that snapped and door was stuck crooked. They did come out fast, which I appreciated. However the door is still sticking and very jerky and loud when it opens and I can actually see one side of the garage door pulling up higher/first than the other side. I had them come back out again and they said nothing is wrong but it's clearly still not operating correctly which is disappointing for a $740 repair bill. Really wish they would get it fixed properly but they said they won't come back out to look at it on this warranty (which is supposed to be for a year).

      Kevin with Superior Garage Door Repair was excellent.. He told me what needed to be done, which I thought was going to be worse, and fixed it. He didn't try that trick of 'oh you need a whole new opener' . Have me the up front price and got the job done.
