    I wanted to compare heat pump costs to air conditioner costs. There was a lot of confusion about rebates vs tax credits. Tech was unsure about rebates available through the Inflation Reduction Act, and kept mentioning the "30 percent rebate". I asked for a heat pump quote, and an air conditioner quote. Only got the heat pump quote. Tech promised to send an air conditioner quote right away, but it's been several hours since he left, and nothing has arrived.

    Our Technician Chet was very knowledgeable. He and his partner installed our heat exchanger in a few hours and did tuneup and made make some adjustments to make our furnace start and run more efficiently. They cleaned everything up at the end and we’re professional. Good service!

    We have had a maintenance contract with Sedgwick (AC and furnace) for years. We have been continually impressed with the thoroughness and efficiency of their technicians. Sedgwick also installed our current AC system, which has worked flawlessly.
    Highly recommended.

    Segdwick has been doing our AC and Furnace checkups for many years. Their tech staff calls ahead to let us know when they will arrive, they are courteous, efficient, and explain any issues (if any). We have been satisfied customers and will continue to use their services.

    I appreciated Sedgwick’s ability to quickly respond to my request for service when the thermostat messaged that my humidifier pad needed changing.
    Jeremy was extremely helpful in explaining the reason for the message and how to maintain smooth operation of the air conditioner, humidifier, and furnace throughout the year.
    My experience with Sedgwick was all positive and I look forward to working with them in the future.

    My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of our most recent hot spell. I called Sedgwick, and got an appointment for the next day (which pleasantly surprised me, considering the volume of service calls that they must have been receiving).
    The Sedgwick technician quickly identified and fixed the problem (faulty electrical part) at a reasonable cost. He was also very courteous and efficient.
    I highly recommend Sedgwick for AC and furnace servicing.
