    I ordered food through my app today for pick up at the drive thru. When I arrived there was a very long line for the drive thru. So I decided to go inside and grab my order. When I approached the counter for help, I told the older nice lady at the counter. My name and that I originally ordered for drive thru pick up but when I seen the line decided to come in. I was on my lunch break. She told the gentleman at the bagging station. Who was in a leadership type collared shirt black in color. He very loud started making rude comments about we F*****'s need to have patience and we know we F***** busy. Just kept ranting and raving comments towards me, I was just advising the lady I ordered for drive thru but came in to pick up. I was not rude, disrespectful, waited my turn. This is uncalled for. This is the 2nd time I have seen a suppose leader of this establishment being very unprofessional. A few months ago. I walked into order with my family and they were all yelling and screaming at each other ignoring that customers were in the establishment 2 employees were carrying unlit cigarettes around food stations. Upper Management needs to get involved here.
