    Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Consent Order

    On September 16, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed plumbing work in Minnesota without a licensed issued by DLI. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform plumbing work in Minnesota without a license issued by DLI and will pay $500 of a $3000.00 penalty listed under a Consent Order from 2016 for the same issue and have a $5000.00 penalty with the balance stayed on the condition the business complies with the Consent Order.  The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
