    Really disappointed with my hair. ***** messed up my hair.Saw an ad on fb and looked at the work and gave it a shot. Ended up getting quoted more then promotional price which was fine if you wanna pay close to 500 dollars. I told her my hair was boxed 6 months ago and I had 3 inches of some grays grown out. I haven't bleached my hair in 5 years. Sent her a picture and was fine with it being darker then the what I ******* hair now is completely ruined. I can't part it without feeling embarrassed. I expressed how I felt and instead of recognizing where she went wrong she offered a service that won't fix the problem which was tone it? I was shocked! Now I have to spend more money to repair my fried hair. To top it off the saying you get what you paid for is true but in this case I wouldn't even pay couple hundred dollars. I have included pictures I just got my hair done yesterday. I'm beyond ******. Please save your money and go somewhere else. She keeps saying she was working with my budget that's shouldn't mean it shouldn't be half assed! Her promotional price starts at 455 and I paid more then that for botched hair. She won't take accountability and offering services that won't repair damage.
