Stat. 326B.33, subds 1, 2 and 21 (a)(3) (2022) and performed electrical work in Minnesota before filing for a electrical permit, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.36 (2022). Under terms of the Order, the business was assessed a monetary penalty of $6,000.00 and was ordered to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical work in Minnesota until they are properly licensed. Stat. § 326B.082, subd. 7 (2022) when they performed or offered to perform electrical work in the state of Minnesota without the requisite electrical employer registration, master or journeyworker electrician licenses, a violation of Minn. Stat. § 326B.33, subds. 1, 2, 21(a)(3) (2022) and the business performed electrical work at 1004 W. 5th Street facility before filing an electrical permit at or before commencing work, a violation of Minn. Stat. § 326B.36 (2022).
Under terms of the Order, the business is ordered to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical work in Minnesota until they are properly licensed by DLI. The business will also pay a $6,000.00 fine, with the balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
