      Dont rent from them unless you like being nickled & dimed for everything. Gets to a point that when you pay for a rental, it should include basic things! Not with them! Youll have numerous fees tacked on and they wont do anything extra to avoid fees like state toll fees! You cant pay the tolls online because tied to his account. Since you cant pay them the state adds a $5 fee per toll because the owner wouldnt log in and pay them and bill you. So he gets charged a fee by state which of course he passes on to renter but totally could have been avoided if he logged in and paid! Fees for using ****************** Like paying for your utilities at a hotel, gets to point should be included in high rental fee! We had a stone hit windshield & even though we paid for expensive insurance with him, we had to run it thru our insurance. He was very impatient, our insurance company did not like dealing with him, he wouldnt even give them his name for claim. Then we found out the insurance coverage we had and paid dearly for, didnt have much coverage. Thank God nothing bad happened as we wouldnt have had much coverage. Maintenance on RV was bad, bathroom door wouldnt stay shut while driving. Windows rattled and made so much noise inside you almost needed ear protection. Unbelievable what final costs all ended up being for that rental.
