      Took car in to have the steering column replaced on 5/6/25. We were told it would take 2 days. After giving us the car back with the horn not working, the airbag light on and none of the controls working on 5/23/25, We took it back up to the shop. The clock spring was broken, which is a part in the steering column. They went through 4 clock springs. They called on 6/09/25 and said it was ready to pick up. I was told everything was working, no lights on, no issues with it driving and they ran diagnostics and there were no codes showing. When my daughter picked the car up she immediately called me because the car was so far out of alignment she had to drive with the wheel turned to 1 oclock position. Also, after driving the cars fro 11 miles to work the airbag light came on. I immediately called and let them know. I was told the owner **** ****** would ca;; me, which he did not ( this happened constantly and I had to call). I called back on 6/10/25 and spoke to ******* he told me to bring the car in today, 6/11/25. I took the car in today for them to complete an alignment on the car, which should have been completed when the steering column was replaced, but wasnt. I also wanted airbag fixed so the light would go off since there was nothing wrong with the airbag when we dropped it off. I was told they would take care if it. I was called this afternoon by the owner, **** ****** and told the alignment was completed, but they cannot fix the airbag and that we have to rake it somewhere else because they cannot fix it. He stated it had nothing to do with what hey did, even though their own diagnostic form states it was from a faulty clock spring. We were repeatedly lied to, not told they use parts from a junk yard and without a car with no estimation of when it would be returned. We then were given a car that has the airbag light on and will not pass inspection and told too bad. We asked for our money back so we can get it fixed somewhere else and were refused.
