    I would like to get at least half of my money back from this.

    ***** ******* *** ****** came in needing a muffler and a few other things, I gave him a price he told us to do the work, and we did a quality job, he picked it up and paid for it. The next day he came back, demanding money back. I explained to him, that he agreed to the price which was fair, and there would be no refund. He stated that Oreilley's had the parts for half the price, and I told him we don't use that type of muffler, we use a better quality of muffler, after screaming at me for ten minutes, I told him I would refund him the full price of the muffler if I could pull the truck in on my lift and remove the muffler. A full refund just to make him happy, he said you're not touching my truck, never a word of workmanship just that he found a cheaper muffler and wanted 100 dollars back and I said no. So twice we knew exactly the price, and I gave him the opportunity to get a refund as long as I could get my muffler back. I'm sorry he feels this way, but I feel I gave him multiple chances.
