      This business offered the app Vital Ice for funeral homes to provide to their clients as health aid for emergency alerts. I was told that if I decided to take part in this venture, it would be exclusive to my funeral home in this area & no other funeral homes. The cost was for 12 months and to include Ad sheets, downloading, literature, setup of the app with company logo, FREE media alert post cards for the life of using and paying for the service. Agreement was written & signed on November 7, 2023, calls were immediately coming in from the sales agent asking if they could process payment. I gave the go ahead to process the payment on the November 9th. After payment was process, no other contact was made with me about the status of the setup or the post cards that were to be used to pass out to our families. On November 16th, I made repeated calls to the salesman and to the number on the contract, no one would answer the phone or return the voicemails that I left. I ten emailed them at their email explaining my disdain and dissatisfaction 7 days after taking my money, with no updates. I received a call back after threatening to chargeback the payment, telling me that they are handling many orders and setups and would get to me as it takes some time to set up everything(that is besides the point, THIS should've been told to ****************** is the key). November 17th, I receive an email full of downloadable documents, links to videos and pdfs to print myself with the pin code for use with the app for families, along with a link & quote of PAYING for some ******** posts from one of their recommended guys(this was also supposed to be included) as well as html coding to put on our website.Well guess what, today is June 11, 2024 and I have yet to hear from these people or receive ANY physical ad sheets or postcards. Sent a cancellation message via email on April 8th & April 26th so they wont AUTO-RENEW this & no response back yet. Scammers are what they are.
