    I was leaving to go pickup the pizza and my vehicle wouldn&#**;t start. I call my insurance company for roadside assistance to give me a jump start. Then I called the pizza place to informed them it might be a hour to come get the pizza since my car won&#**;t start. I was informed that the pizza would have to be throw away after 30 minutes. I then asked them if I they could remake another pizza. I told me that I would only be refund back for the pizza only not the other items-(cheese sauce, crazy bread, crazy puff which came a total $19.13). Again, they told me my refund would only be $9.99. I would like my entire amount refunded to me of $19.13.

    So a few weeks ago I had placed an order online for some pizza and some other items but unfortunately when I had placed the order I had no knowledge that my car had died and could not start so I called my carside assistance to see if they could get my car started and they told me it was gonna be an hour and by the time I had gotten off the phone with them I then proceeded to call little Ceasars pizza company to let them know of the situation and I had asked them if they would be able to remake my order or get a refund and then was told because I didn't call them fast enough that they would have to throw my order away and they wouldn't make another or give a refund which I understand if I had picked up the food but I was unable to pick up the order so I paid about $20.00 for absolutely nothing

    The customer placed an order and it was ready when it was supposed to be and he never showed up or called us.  It was over an hour and we got a phone call from him, he wanted a remake of the pizza for free.  He wanted a credit and we refused it.  He said he had car issues and was trying to get it running.   He wanted us to resell the pizza to another customer.  I told him we can't do this.  After 30 minutes, we don't keep a pizza.  I told him we will split the difference and give him a free pizza.  He never came and got the order and after an hour of not picking it up, he should have called us and wouldn't have been charged for it.  We did not refuse him the pizza.  He called after an hour after it was supposed to be picked up.

    So yes I did call them but I told them the situation however it was not over an hour later it was only about 20 mins my insurance company would send someone out to my vehicle to try and start it but it would be an hour later and the only reason I declined the credit was because I still had no way to get the order I mean I live 25 mins away by car was I suppose to walk.
