    Terrible customer service. Terrible product. I had trackers on my trailers when one got stolen and I was never alerted, even though I had a geo fence set up. **************** told me it doesn't alert in real time, which defeats the purpose. The trackers I had became obsolete (and I had to wait over 6 months for trackers that worked) and I had to have new ones sent to me. I expressly said I did not want to sign up for a new contract. They are claiming that I signed a new 3 year contract, but cannot show me anywhere that I agreed to this. I would not recommend them to anyone. Additionally, unless professionally installed, they are faulty AT BEST!DO NOT USE!
