    I contracted ****************************** Company on 12/31/2022 to do some home Improvements. His work is terrible: gaps on doors he installed, uncompleted job, wiring hanging and not up to code.He disappeared a few weeks ago claiming personal issues and that he would get back on my job as soon as he was back to work. When i confronted him with proof (by his own ******** posts) that he was back to work..... he disappeared. He owes me money back for materials, and a job that is not finished. I have paid him $ ****** to date and have receipte for all of it as well as a contract defning the work he is supposed to do.****** is a liar. Since this started, I have found 3 other people that he has done the same thing to. I have also filed a complaint with the *** Attorney **************

    I have him $8000.00 initially he did a bid for construction. The total bid was for $18,000.00. He was suppose redo the upstairs bathrooms, new 5inch base boards, ship lap wall in the living room, crown modeling in the kitchen cabinets, all new lightening in the house, all door handles and hinges. He did majority of the work, but he did not do the master bathroom. He tore out the toilet in the master bathroom, it was quoted at $10,000.00. I paid him $16,000.00 but I only got $8,000.00 worth of work out of him. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $8,000.00

    I got a bid from Don Brown and wrote a check for half the work on August 31 2022 to be done in my trailer.
    The bid was $10,500 to include:
    Laying new flooring in all of trailer minus 3rd bedroom. Removing shower in master bathroom and building a walk in shower. Replace toilet in same room with chair high toilet. Replace vanities in both bathrooms. Turn small shower into linen closet. Wire the stove that was gas to electric. Dishwasher if under $250, front door open view, replace ceiling fans (2). Added on verbally was painting through whole trailer and new hot water heater. Also paid for a dishwasher. All walls but mater bathroom are painted, trim is not complete in 2nd bedroom nor master. Only half the floor is laid in master bathroom, nothing in walkin closet. The adjustment was $13,000 for all. He has not come back and now wants more money to complete the job. Nothing on contract is completed.
