      My mother arrived at this location near the end of March 2023 on Hospice. We felt the care was substandard and took her out of the facility within 30 hours. She was charged for two days since she was on-site over midnight plus a non refundable entry fee. The issue is our family was charged for a 500$ non refundable entry fee. When I asked the Administrator and the Nursing of Admissions what the fee covered ? They could not provide the details.

      Per the contract the $500 admission fee is nonrefundable. Also per the contract it is required for her to provide a 10 day notice, but we waived that for them because they were dissatisfied. She should've been charged 12 days, but was charged for 2 days.  If a resident is in the room and in the bed, no matter their time of discharge it's considered a full day. She only paid for the 2 days and the admission fee.

      I will except your response now that it has been explained, Im my complaint the Director of admissions  and the new Director was unable to explain as they said they did not know.
