    I was searching the web for a replacement radio for a 2014 Chrysler 200. I found it at OEM Direct Radios with a great price. Shipping took about 5 days. The radio was packaged well and arrived via ****. It connected without problems and works great. I contacted *** prior to the order with a question and received a prompt reply.

    I wouldn't recommend this business ever. The website clearly shows FREE **** shipping. Doesn't have an address on the website for returning products. Doesn't clearly state you are responsible for return shipping. Wanted to charge me via my refund for shipping when the website as stated earlier is FREE. If you are looking to save money go elsewhere to get parts. It almost seems like a scam. They probably even lied about how long they have been in business on their website. I requested a refund through PayPal and still a month later after sending the item requested back no refund and I have to say i'm disappointed in a business trying to scam/lie and cheat me.

    Customer placed an order for a **** Focus door switch for $17.99 which did ship for free (at our cost). Customer then contacts us indicating technician misdiagnosed problem and needed different switch. No problem told customer to send back and we will ship out a different switch for free (at our cost). Second switch was also not issue with his vehicle. Customer then expected us to pickup shipping on second switch return shipping and issue a full refund. We had a lot of technical back and forth with customer trying to diagnose issue. Customer was very unreasonable with expectations when all we did what ship what was ordered, customer was unable to comprehend that issue was caused by misdiagnosis by his technician in the first place. Offered full refund if customer would return product in which they declined. Feel free to contact us for full email communication.
