      I received a broken red dot from crimson trace. After reading all the bad reviews i figured I was never going to receive a new one. However I had nothing but a good experience with them, i received a new working red dot and they gave me the old one back.

      Warranty is non existent... They will ignore you by email, tell you they will email if you call them and continue to ignore you. I will never purchase a product made by these guys ever again nor could I recommend anything made by these guys. They could just state that there is no warranty and I would understand, but they have warranty literature with their products, lame ...

      Warranty ***** liars I bought two car-206 and one just flashes will not replace or even think about it I’ve barely ever use them don’t recommend their product and will not be buying anything ever again from them

      I purchased a rail mounted flashlight from crimson trace a little over a year ago. One of the reasons for using this company was the free batteries for life program they offer. I submitted the request form over 2 months ago and still have not received any communication or the battery. I finally was able to contact the company customer service number and was told that the issue is because they went to a new ordering system and that there was no way to tell when the batteries would be shipped. I was then told that I could probably find one at a drug store or ******** I will not be purchasing anything else from this company as this purchase has left a bad taste in my mouth.
