      The Veterans United team was very helpful and informative throughout our home- buying experience. They provided the best customer service and they make sure we were taken care of. In addition, the Veterans United team was always there to answer any questions or concerns. As a result, we were able to understand the VA loan process and the line by line details on the initiate/final closing costs. I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Veterans, friends, and families. Total experience 5/5.

      ************************* is a difference maker and true professional. I was in a bad way having to scramble to get approved for a home so my family didn't have to move. We had just moved into a rental and suddenly our lease was terminated. With no other rentals available in the area I was in desperate need of an approval to purchase. Best thing I did was reach out to **** and he stepped in with guidance and support and got me approved in a timely manner. My family and I are forever grateful for Veterans United and their amazingly helpful team. Thank you all.

      As other people mentioned.. they rely on their automated website system a lot I applied for a loan and couldnt speak to any human, they call me once when I was at meeting at work and I called the number **************************************************** to the one who doesnt answer.
