      If I could give 0 I would. Now, I thought long and hard how I wanted to handle the situation. It took months for me even write this. We are a veteran family who this year purchased a new home. Originally we applied with Veterans United, I was approved for a 300k loan. I use quotations because in FACT I wasnt actually approved at the time. Which could have seriously messed with the realtors reputation both legally and locally. After 30+ days jumping through hoops doused in gasoline I was able to actually get approved. Veterans United was more concerned about when I would receive my taxes and the amount I made. Im sure its to say its cause obviously loaners want to see what additional income we make. But I found it IRONIC the the closing costs would have been the exact amount to the cent of my tax return. Lol. Factor in janky requests, not actually being approved and oh yeah get this, 6 HARD credit checks on my credit score and 2x in 2 days. I am still disputing as we speak. They dont give a rats left **** cheeks. We ended up going with a local loaner. Closing costs were more than half the amount Veterans United asked for. And so was my mortgage, taxes. And over all treatment. Please do your research. They are not the business or worth yours.

      The entire team from start to finish was very efficient and communicated clearly . The approval to the closing was very quick. I recommend anyone to use this team and company! The experience I had was fantastic

      Veterans United is truly like a family, you made the process
      of buying a home again very easy and painless. We could always count on
      ***** answering our text promptly just like an old friend. Even the
      time difference didn't seem to matter you were always there for us, like
      I said just like an old friend. So dont be surprised if you get a text
      from us once in a while just to see how you guys are doing LOL! Thanks

      I am a veteran who was curious about getting basic information from their webpage. I had no intention of making a purchase on a home but if I did by a home I wanted to see how my gi bill would help and how the could assist.The next thing I knew is that this company ran a HARD COOY CTEDIT CHECK with Experian. This hard copy credit check stays on your credit report for approximately 2 tears and Lowers your score by 10 points!! I DONT RECOMMEND YOU USING TGIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUSLY GOING TO USE THEM!

      My whole team was exceptional from beginning to end. They were quick to answer questions. They made my home buying process very easy and that is not what I hear from others that go through the VA. I will recommend them to all of my veteran friends.
