1 starI have bought my child's pictures from this company all throughout her school years. Sometimes twice a year for spring and fall pictures. I've always gotten the same package because it works perfectly for us to have what we need to hand out to family and friends. This year is her senior year. The best year yet. A milestone we have been working towards. To my surprise as I go to order my same package that I have never paid more than $60 for, this year it is $230??? This is an insane upcharge just because they are seniors?! You should be ashamed of yourself as a business. Do you even think about the parents out there that maybe can't afford something like this amongst all the other costs of senior year that absolutely deserve to have the memory of their child graduating? Had I known this was how you ran your business, I never would have patronized it. My only hope is that some poor sole reads this review and stays far away from your company.Review fromKerry B

This company is literally robbing families. You can't even purchase your children's photos in the same package to help offset costs. I paid another company a fraction of this price for senior portraits this year and the digital downloads were included in their price. I can't believe anyone is paying for this company's "service". Between my son and daughter, there are two separate yearbook sittings, senior pictures, prom pictures, and probably a couple more on here and I have to make a completely separate order for anything i want to buy. Which means, anything where you can choose more than 1 pose or whatever, it can't be from any of these other sessions. You can't even login and view them all at the same time. Their website tells me "i don't have an account" under the exact same email account that i'm logged in with one tab over.Wagner Portrait Group

I recently ordered pictures for my child's Junior year of high school photos. I paid extra for retouching, but guess what's missing from the photos?? There is NO RETOUCHING DONE! PAID $20 EXTRA AND I SEE EVERYTHING GOING ON WITH HER SKIN. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I ORDER PICTURES FROM THIS COMPANY. I am so relieved I only have to deal with your company for one more year! The prices you charge are outrageous and should be illegal. Could I have pictures taken locally? Yes, I could have had someone else do pictures of my children but then they would not get the team picture which is important to us as they are a part of a team not just one individual on the field. I paid for a high resolution image cd of my children's sports pictures for $44.99 / child and expected all of the images that were taken would be on the ** but it only ended up being the picture I purchased actual prints on. It does not indicate on the option for High Resolution ** that it will be 1 picture or 2 pictures. I clearly just states High Resolution Image **. I guess since it said High Resolution Image ** I assumed (which we all know Assuming means making an A** out of you and me) that all pictures would be attached. For each of my children, I paid $125.04 and $133.36 and only have the 1 image. A bulk (100 count) pack of **'s cost $29.99. Your charge for A High Resolution ** is $44.99 and get (1 picture). Not sure how you decide what you are going to charge for things but you as a company and owners should be ashamed to charge what you do. A Download of (All) Images is $69.99 (except no team picture is included) and you are not sending anything except for an email or text of the images from you finger tips (nothing mailed out or shipped at all). I hope this gets a little attention from the Better Business Bureau and others read this comment and will write similar reviews as I know I am not the only person that is upset and frustrated with your company and our services. You state you give back to the community (********) but you don't give back to the rural area you serve. Small communities do not see any community support by Wagner Portrait.Wagner Portrait Group

I have 2 children attend same high school. You preorder code was not working and now you not only asking me to pay twice for shipping since you cannot combine my orders on the website, but you also raising your prices significantly for the child being a senior this year. A package deal for one is in the $50 range, but runs about $150 for the other.Wagner Portrait Group

well to tell you honestly they are very responsive on their ******** page... they will reply you as soon as possible specialy if you have concerns to their services... it was a great team and ill recommend them on some events that you want them... this is all based on my expirience with them.. they are great.. thankyou so much wagner portrait for the wonderful photo of my daughter..Wagner Portrait Group

Placed on order with these folks, through an email link which promised free shipping by midnight on that day. When the order was placed, shipping was charged. Called two days later and spoke to someone who stated they would credit my account for the shipping within ********************************************************* about the same issue . Three weeks later I still had no credit so I called them back. They stated there was a huge pop up window on the website stating you had to spend $60 for the free shipping (which conveniently was not there when the order was placed). Their rep stated this had been there the entire time and my order did not qualify for the free shipping, thus there was nothing they could do.Luckily, my child will be graduating and will no longer have any of these pictures taken. But I would stress to any and all parents of younger children: this place is overpriced, overpromises, and then lies. You should not order any pictures from them.Wagner Portrait Group

Absolutely the WORST business I have ever dealt with. Forgive my language but this place is a complete S*** show and really should charge half of what they do given the level of product and service....if I operated this way, I would be fired!!!!
