  TL;DR: Terrible workmanship, poor communication, lack of understanding of how their own financing plans work. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is to do business with and that you should avoid them at all costs.My experience was terrible starting with the installation process. I had a great experience with the sales team. I replaced half of the builder's grade windows in my house. Mainly because I couldn't afford to spend 112K to replace them all! Once the installers showed up, they did a terrible job sealing the new windows. They did this install in February, so it was nice and cold outside. I could see the airgaps and feel the cold air flowing in around the windows. The installers said it was good. I had to get the project manager out to see it and force them to fix the issue. Then they put the framing around the windows quickly before I could see if they really fixed the issue or not. Thermal imaging camera shows the hot/cold spots surrounding the windows in the framing. Then when they were finished, the back door wouldn't lock properly. They didn't do a good job on the trim. They should have used a coping saw but instead did a half-a glue together joint job that is mediocre at best. The painters came and didn't sand down any of the trim before painting. They didn't finish the trim by the door on the floor. The used different color of caulking/sealant and a cheap piece of paint grade wood that shouldn't be painted because of the location. This is now 8 months later, and they are still coming out to fix issues. Then, to top it all off, they didn't turn the bill into the finance company in time, so I have to go through the financing portion all over again and will end up with two loans for the same project. So here I am looking at much higher interest rates because they have increased exponentially since I first signed this project a year ago.

  They replaced my front door, and it looks fantastic! The quality is top-notch, as I expected from ********. The installers were friendly, professional and skilled. I recommend Renewal by ******** with no reservations.

  This company was great to work with. Starting with ****** all the way to the installers. ****** came and provided us with great information which made our decision very easy. Next the person came out to measure and he was extremely professional, and gave us even more information that was necessary for our installation. After a couple of weeks, the offices were great at keeping us updated on the progress of the doors. Once the doors were ready to be installed. The installers were amazing. They were very prompt and thorough with their work made sure everything was correct They were very professional when speaking to myself or my wife. I highly recommend this company for any windows or door needs.

  Do not use these people! The windows are fabulous but the people at this location know nothing about customer service. They originally installed a damaged window and it has been six months for them to finally get a replacement! They scheduled to come and install it and did not show up. No phone call. When we called, we were told they were doing paperwork! Are you kidding?

  Great windows! Love the product, warranty and especially the excellent install job! Efficient and cleaned up afterward like they had never been here! ?? Only complaint I could say is some communication in the early stages! Otherwise, I love my new windows!

  We love our Renewal by ******** windows! It was great experience from the first visit giving us the estimate all the way through the installation. The installation team was professional, efficient and cleaned up so very well! You wont go wrong with their windows.

  The product is ok but follow-up for repairs has been a nightmare. First with the patio door and now the screen door. Will call ***** next time
