Saturday February 3rd, 2024 I contacted ****** Naylor with Naylor Plumbing, LLC to come out to work on my mother's shallow well pump. Unfortunately, he was not able to and sold us a refurbished one for $640.00 (have the receipt) Next day, the pump wouldn't shut off and he tried troubleshooting through text. My husband & I found 1 issue, but the pump was still going off. 3 days later and he stated he fixed it and said this time the repair was on him but next time he would have to charge us if it was due to the pump getting hot (which it may have, honestly we may never know) BUT he didn't line the new PVC pipes correctly which caused a steady leak. He never came back to fix the leak. we had to fix it. It is now april and the pump quit working and started a humming sound. We call on a weekend in hopes he can get us in early in the week. He said it would be Wednesday or Thursday. Nope...nothing. Tried calling multiple times-no answer. Text with small responses. Finally he says he will be out Saturday around 4ish. He shows up at 3 pm. First thing he ask is who fixed the leaking pipe? When we say we did..he said we are done and he left.

I received a call about a well pump not working. Upon arriving I noticed that the pump was fairly new. Further investigations into the problem revealed that the cistern did not have enough water in it for the pump to operate properly. That pump was burnt up. They stated that their elderly mother did not hear the pump continuously running. I had a Barely Used well pump that I sold them and installed and let them know it had a one year warranty on it but you can't run it out of water or it will burn up as well. The next call I got from this customer was that the pump was leaking and not pumping water. Upon arriving I attempted to Prime the pump and noticed that there was a leak coming from a fitting connected to the pump. It had gotten so hot it melted where it threads into pump. I have attached a picture of said fitting. I go outside to check inside the cistern and again it was below the level for the pump to work properly. I replaced that fitting, and after water was put into cistern, got the pump up and running again. I was told she didn't have a lot of money and I was trying to help the elderly lady out and told her this repair is on me but the next time I will have to charge a fee.  The next call I got from the customer the first thing out of her mouth was "we didn't run the pump dry and cistern is full". When I arrived the first thing I noticed was that the piping ro the pump had been replaced so I walked outside and asked the gentleman that let me inside why the piping was changed and he turned around threw his cigarette down and said " ******* *** ****** ** ** *** ****** **** **** *** **** *** **** *****". I said "have a good day" and got into my vehicle and left.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: the pump was not fairly new. I'm not the only "customer"he has done this too. He ignored my contacts because he knew he did wrong. I have all messages, invoice that states warranty and video of leak that was never fixed by him (too big of file to upload) My mom's flooring is actually ruined due to the leaks.  He knows he did wrong.

    Sincerely,
