Love this company. I have been ordering from them for around a year or two I think and everything has been wonderful. Every order I get a hand written note, and on my last order they sent me a free shirt and shaker bottle that hadn't been released yet. They care about their customers and our happiness. I will always be getting my supplements from here. The app is also awesome, I've been on it for the last 3 weeks and have already lost weight (#team*****).

I heard about the products on You Tube, from inwithjen. I signed up for the app and became a member right before Christmas 2022. I placed my first order then too. Shipping was fast, my order was delivered within a week. The personalized hand written note on the invoice was WOW, really made you feel like part of the family. The thank you notes and willing to help you along your journey incredible. The taste of the protein powders, greens and reds, and effectiveness of the supplements is phenomenal. I am willing to pay a little extra for top notch products! I am a lifelong supporters and user of this product. I rave to everyone about it, and will continue to do so! My dream now would be to visit HQ, and see how the phamily operates this exceptional business. Thank you 1st Phorm for turning over a new beginning in my fitness journey. ??1st Phorm

I have to say I am blown away with the customer service, I have followed and listened to **** for years. I never questioned him when he said they were the best. But I am so impressed. I have been affiliated with another company for years, and recently am no longer able to use my credits for their protein. So I wanted to try 1st Phorm. I ordered Level 1 and a thin hoodie. I got the products fast (Monday 10/31) but the hoodie had a small hole in it. I reached out to customer service in the morning (11/1), before our online chat was finished I had a new order email. Within an hour my order was shipped, and delivered two days later (11/3). The replacement was perfect. Today (11/4) I got a call that unfortunately went to voicemail from ***** at 1st Phorm HQ. He left me a minute plus voicemail just to say he saw that my package was delivered and wanted to make sure everything was perfect and if ever needed anything in the future to reach out and ask for him.The service I have received has made me a permanent customer. I would like to leave the brand I am currently affiliated with to join 1st Phorm. In an over saturated industry 1st Phorm's products are great but the team is even better.1st Phorm
