      This law firm has mishandled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. I originally filed for Chapter 13 on April 9, 2020. I am due for discharge in April 2025, since this is supposed to be a five year plan. Instead of the lawyers, who is supposed to be working for me, allowing me to be discharged on time, they are adding additional fees. I received a letter today from the trustee's office to increase plan base. I also received emails that includes a balance of $8730, which is supposed to be paid over the next two months. I don't even make that amount, which means they are trying to take my whole paycheck over the next two months. I am attaching the original credit report that says I was only one month behind on my house note. Now it's close to my discharge date, and this law firm is trying to extend my Chapter 13 or even make me lose my home, which is why I filed in the first place.

      Im a returning client from (3/2015), My wife and I reached out originally in 12/2023 to get assistance with a (joint)Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I only own one home with not much equity, income is less than $35,000 for my wife and I. I am disabled however this law firm is pushing us to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy. We explained that not much has changed since we originally reached out in December 2023. We cannot afford to enter into a chapter 13 bankruptcy knowing we will have much difficulties meeting the financial obligations monthly. I believe this law firm is pushing the chapter 13 because they would also receive money monthly from requested court payments. This company has completed no paperwork as we havent submitted any. They only supplied us with a joint credit report in 12/23 which was paid for at that time. No other services/work has been done on our behalf by this company other than consultations which are free. I verbally requested a full refund however was told 1/3 o f our money would not be refunded. Also was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to receive a refund. Nothing had been received yet

      Company took money never followed back up. I contacted the company for refund company never got back to me. They gave me the run around. Secretary ***************** told me the lawyer was never in so i couldnt speak with him.

      Client retained our services in September of last year, retainer fees and refunds are handled according to the contract the client signed and agreed to. According to the contract the retainer fee is earned and not refundable. This was communicated at the start of the case and also when client contacted our office.
