    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, inexperienced company. Our review is 0 stars, but this requires you to select something. I would recommend this company if they were the last business out there. **** built us a deck with a roof on it and he didn't know what he was doing. I had a vision on what I wanted for our deck, and not one time did **** say he couldn't do it. He said he would be responsible for getting the permits, etc. The roof is leaking against the house down the siding, we're finding out he didn't get permits, the shingles of the roof weren't put on correctly, the boards are all buckling and the biggest issue we found out is that he DIDN'T USE PIERS ON ALL OF THE POST FOR THE **** OF THE ***** Basically, the deck is hanging there. My husband and I both questioned why he was using the old posts from the old deck, and he said they weren't rotted so they could be reused to save some money. It was one continuous lie after another. We had to pay someone else to have all of the wrapping redone. We reached out to the ************************* to get help for that, and **** never responded to any of the letters sent. We had to pay for an engineer and contractor to come out and tell us what needs to be done to make it safe again. We were told it needed to be torn down, then rebuilt from the bottom up. We were told that if the city of ******** came and did an inspection on the deck it would be condemned and torn down. We were quoted $50,000-$60,000 to rebuild it. We are just sick over it. After we received this news, we called and spoke to **. ** said he would talk to his son and see about making it right. We haven't heard anything. We are just sick over this.**** also took $2,000 from our neighbor who was going to have a roof put on their patio and **** never did the work and never returned the money. They have called him countless times. This kid needs to be stopped and we WANT OUR MONEY BACK. They need to make this right.
