    *** and his company innovation global were hired 2 days ago to fix kitchen backsplash we agreed on $600. He wanted $50 deposit to "get on the schedule" but I said no and that I would put a deposit down when work started. They came I sent $100 (he asked for $400 deposit) and within 2 hours his guys damaged the backsplash worse than it was, stole material and left metal shards on freshly sanded floors and then left. He made every excuse under the sun, finally said he would refund me (this is 2 days ago now) and just now called me with a sob story that he already paid his workers and if he refunds me it would come out of his pocket... this is a criminal and I don't know how these reviews help. But I stood my ground and I wonder how many people he did get a deposit from and just never showed up. Please do something about this company

    Only after putting his business on blast via ****** reviews and yelp reviews did he do something. He kept saying "we have a process and after reviewing yoir complaint we will decide whether or not a refund is valid" then shockingly, withing 5 minutes of me posting a ****** review and yelp review, someone the process didn't mean anything and he refunded me immediately. This is a shady business person and people.need to know what they are getting into.
