  This company and the owner are terrible to work with. ***** seems like a decent guy at the surface until you find out all he does is hire guys he has never used before to complete your entire project. The further we got into the project I realized I knew more than he did about how to complete the work. The drywall work was terrible and the slope of the shower floor left puddles because it was done improperly. I could not get him to come back out and fix it and when I threatened to take him to court he pulled the race card and used covid as an excuse. I let it go at the time. 2 years later I have water pouring into my basement because the subsurface was not waterproofed before the tile was installed. When approaching him again he didnt even offer to come out and look at the problem all he said was good luck it could be anything that could cause it to leak. Also I saw another post saying his reviews were paid for and he quickly dismissed it of course. I dont know if they are paid for but his employees definitely said he asked them to leave reviews. Do not trust this guy!

  *** ******* ***** took advantage of me being out of state and inability to verify his work personally by sending me select pictures that he has carefully positioned, cropped, staged or doctored to give the appearance of good work & progress. He utilized a lot of "smoke and mirrors" and misdirection along the way to trick me of progress. After I made a recent unannounced visit to the property, I was able to inspect all of the work done there and it is all deplorable. Most importantly, against my specific wishes and contrary to our written contract, he tore out and disposed of my kitchen cabinets. I was essentially forced to replace the cabinets at a great expense against my will and only to discover that most of the new cabinets are improperly installed, or not installed at all. The new cabinets are also damaged from improper installation in various places, or are incomplete. I have asked him to correct and finish the installation and he has failed to do so.
  Innovation Global deviated from our contract and failed to follow my instructions and now has left my kitchen in worse condition with inferior cabinets than when they started. I will have to hire someone else to replace and repair this shoddy job. Several new cabinets of the wrong size has created a misconfiguration that reveals non-tiled areas of backsplash and exposed wall. The new cabinets are damaged from poor installation, or are missing pieces.
  Look at the attached contract of the scope of work he was supposed to complete in 30 days. All of the work done at my property, is either incomplete, unfinished, or of very very poor quality. The reviews here on Thumbtack and several reviews elsewhere are fake or are duplicates.
  This is one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with and Thumbtack should have better vetted this contractor because as far a I'm concerned *** ******* ***** is a complete fraud. The pictures are only a small portion of the state of my house after THREE MONTHS!

  Like the others, I was extremely disappointed and had to terminate our "contract" with him. The job he did was not even close to being a professional standard. I will have to redo practically everything he did, sad to say. There was no pride in his work. The only thing he was prompt on was asking for money. I did not have an opportunity to review his work until after about 2 weeks and it was only then I realized my mistake.Do not engage the services of this guy. You will be very sorry you did.
