    On 10/25/2023 I went into the dealership and I purchased a 2014 Audi 25 and two weeks later on 11/08/2023 the check engine light came on, the fan and the oil light came on. So, I took the car back to GMT and I spoke to the original sales person and they took the car to premiere auto and I called her yesterday and she told me that the mechanic from Premiere would be calling me to let me know what is wrong with the vehicle but he never did. The Sales person stated that the top mechanic that there are two parts needs to be ordered and they will not be in until the 27th, but I could still drive the car. So, I decided that I did not want the car and I just wanted another vehicle. The loan is not funded yet and I just want them to put me in another car or give me the money that I put down on the car.

    I bought a truck in March I have was waiting for the title to the truck and I called numerous times since then .I called numerous times
    and they told me they gave my title to someone else
    They told me I had to file a form to get a title for the truck
    They need to get the title back or they need to file the form themselves
    I found out I now have to file for a lost title
    The truck stopped 2 months on the highway and the cost for repair was 1200 dollars.
    They charged me 1200 dollars to get my truck back and I just bought the truck 2 months prior. I should not have had to pay this for a tune up.

The vehicle was sold ASIS and this would mean that any repairs are on Ms. *****. Ms. ***** signed multiple documents stating it was an ASIS unit. As for the title, we spoke with Ms. ***** over the phone on March 29, 2023 at 15:33:30 and Ms. ***** stated she would send her son to pick up her title.     I purchased a 2017 range Rover Evoque from GMT AUTO SALES, located at *** ** *** *** *********** ** * ***** on 05/18/23 via cashier's check in the amount of $23,000. I didn't get to drive the car 4 days it was making a bad rubbing sound, the lights kept coming on by themselves and rattling underneath the hood. I reported this to the salesman and store manager at GMT and asked for a comparable car to drive. The manager immediately told me NO but offered a vehicle that was less comparable to mine. I dropped he vehicle off at the shop not located too far from GMT as instructed. The auto shop told me the differential system was bad on the vehicle and told me it would be over 4 weeks to get it repaired. I notified my salesman and the store manager. I asked for a REFUND from the STORE MANAGER I was told NO.
    I spoke with ***** the salesman, he contacted the shop and they allegedly told him I could drive my car with the differential being bad, not only is that unsafe but could cause more damage to the vehicle .
    here's what a couple of certified mechanic had to say :
    Let's be clear – driving with a malfunctioning front differential is a bad idea. Even in the best-case scenario, you'll continue to do further harm to your differential, potentially changing a small repair into an expensive replacement. Oct 17, 2022.

    When the differential doesn't perform well, it creates metal-on-metal friction that wears down surfaces. The resulting heat weakens gears and can cause component failure and transmission problems.Nov 4, 2019

    There were initially several issues with this vehicle and two off hem are still ongoing. The rattling sound when you start the engine and some weird electrical problem. I sent a video to my sales person as to the rattling noise , he claims he couldn't her it, but it's still there.

    On March 4, 2023 I purchased a 2016 **** Escape from ******************, ********** location. We traveled all the way to St. ****** to pick the vehicle up. On April 1st it I noticed there was a jerk in the vehicle. I drove back home and used my sisters vehicle for the weekend. Tuesday morning April 4th I started the car a light popped on on the dash with a error message Transmission Vault. I called ****************** who advised I Contact Premier. 5 days had went by before I called to check on the car after being told someone would contact me in 3 days with the diagnosis results, only to be told the transmission is gone out which I could tell driving it to Premier the car hestistated Driving. I asked the turn around time to wait for the repair because I had just purchased the car. Premier advised I check my contract and rent a car they would need 3-4 weeks to get authorization, order the transmission and drop it into the vehicle. I told him I had already read over the contract and I could rent a car but only be reimbursed for 2 days he advised I contact ******************. I called ****************** for 3 days without speaking to the sales manager who sold the vehicle to me, when I reached him he placed me on a 30 min hold, asked if I had a valid drivers license and then advised I could be reimbursed for a rental car and he could see Premier had the vehicle in the shop; I advised contract would only reimburse for 2 days. He did let me know if it was up to him I could get a loaner car from there lot thats not selling but his name is not on the company it is ****************** so it is nothing that could be done even though I purchased the vehicle and the transmission went out before my 30 day temporary tag. I put $3000 down on the vehicle and asked if I could have a refund or get another vehicle, he then advised my deal funded after 6 days so they can not accept the vehicle back and get me another car or I can not be refunded.

    The issue is I was sold a Lemon vehicle. Needed service within 30 days of purchase. Literally was without a vehicle almost 30 days. While the sales couldnt issue a refund, accept the vehicle back and put me in another vehicle or most importantly loan me a loaner from the lot WHICH IS A PROBLEM. Very poor customer service, and still had to purchase a brand new battery after having the transmission serviced. Do not purchase vehicles from GMT take your hard earned money to a legit dealership.

    My car started acting up, took it to the shop to see what was going on seven weeks ago. I took it to a Automax and they informed me that someone Tampered with my mileage. when I took it to them the car had ****** miles and the shop located that the car should have ****** something miles on it. They informed me that I needed *** them, because the mileage that the car was brought in with did not match with the Diagnostic revealed. I would like another vehicle or pay me the difference in mileage for what I paid for the car.

    My wife and I went to trade in a vehicle. The vehicle had transmissions problems and they did not accept our trade in. I found out later that they pulled an unauthorized credit report and it caused my credit report to go down at least 17 points. We never test drove a vehicle nor did we trade one in. They should have never ran our credit report. I called and the manager told me "He did not give a "F" what I do . He used the expletive to speak with me.

    I purchased a vehicle about a month and half ago. I began having problems with it after a week. The key fob didn&#**;t open the door, the backup camera wasn&#**;t working; up under the steering wheel there was stuff hanging down. I asked where I could take it to be repaired. They put another battery in the fob, but it wasn&#**;t locking the car. It wasn&#**;t running well either. I&#**;ve taken the car up to the repair place many times in the first month. They asked me to bring the car back when the loan didn&#**;t come through. I had to sign more papers. I got a call from them asking for my birth certificate. Now they are threatening to repo the car. They have incorrect information on the loan.

    11/10/2022: Mediator sent an email to the consumer regarding mediation. [CR] No I have not.  They are not accepting accountability for anything they done wrong and I and these kids have been struggling ever since.  I'm have contacted a legal firm but no response yet.  Will be contacting you soon to see what else I can do

    11/28/2022:  I have not heard back from the one attorney I contacted yet, but would like to press further charges if I can and be further compensated for what they done.  After one failed try to return part of my funds rendered because of their wrong.  I did get part of my funds back in my bank account.  Again no explanation or correspondence in writing was received of their wrongdoing concerning this matter.  Not even an  apology of what they done. This is hurtful and so embarrassing to say the least not only to me but to my two grandchildren who is also suffering because of this.  I am still without a vehicle and my credit has been furthered affected, funds falsely paid to my insurance company (AAA) , a police report filed on a vehicle that was stolen back from me.  Not to mention the deceit, time, humiliation for me and these children and the injustice received in the business practices they have botched up so far and has gotten away with.  Their licences should be provoked for the way they have done me and Lord knows whoever else.

    So my wife and I visited ******* GMT auto sales at ******************************** in ********** ** in search of a new used vehicle. So they took my perfectly running 2013 dodge ram and gave us a 2016 jeep Wrangler *****'s. Since day 1 we have had nothing but problems. It has been in the shop already 4 times for the same exact problem. It is leaking oil from the rear main seal and it is going back in the shop for the 5th time yet for the same issue. I mean come on this is ridiculous. And then the sales staff and manager team **** I don't understand how people like that are in the position they are in but if that is how people want to run their business then there are people out there just like myself who will make it extremely difficult for them to sell a bicycle much less a car. So listen this is a lemon lot and the employees here have been trained to lie and do whatever else to make a sale. I hate this lot and everyone who works here must like being trained treated like animals.

I called **************** we use ********************** which they said you've taken it up there twice. The first time they replaced the oil pan gasket and did charge the customer $272.39. Customer came in with same oil leak and they replaced the main seal at no charge to the customer. He called again saying the leak was still there and had an appointment for Saturday and he no showed.     I am rejecting this response because: when I called **** at the shop the last time to let him know that they did not fix the problem yet he proceeded to tell me that they were going to have it for a couple days and drive it and leave me without a vehicle completely and then on top of all of that he also stated that it is probably going to cost me. Further more I have been to both of your shops twice actually so I may not be the smartest person who lived but I believe that is a total of 4 times *****. *********************** ************

    I purchased a vehicle from them and the transmission went out. I bought it in March it has been in the shop several times since the purchase. Only 4 months the transmission went out. They had the car for two months. They put a used transmission to replace the one that went out. I got a warranty on it. There was leaking and noise. Two days after getting the car back the check engine light went on. I called them and took the car to their mechanic's shop. They had the car ever since. They never gave me a call. They eventually told me that they would switch me out of the vehicle. No one ever called me. I ended up calling them this morning. They want me to give them $1900 on the taxes on the vehicle. I never had it licensed or tagged. They are trying to blame me on the cracked transmission plate. we wanted to trade this in on another vehicle AND pay them $1900.00. They did all their own inspections, I believe they knew the transmission plate was cracked from the beginning.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was told by ****** to come and on August 29th to trade. I went to see what they had to offer. That day I was told by ****** that the warranty didn’t cover the transmission plate. Also I’m was told that **** ******* didn’t want to fix this n the vehicle anymore . After I was told that ****** said that the $1900.00 I had to pay for my personal property taxes could be used for a down payment on another car from the lot .
