    We moved here in July 2022. Our water has ranged from ******* gallons each month. This month in January 2024, it said we used 2000 gallons of water. That doubled our bill. We had a lot of problems with propane in January so we didn&#**;t use much. A service guy came out and he said we only used 24 gallons, and they read the meter wrong. He was going to back to office. and he was going to let him know. I spoke to ****** in the office, and she said the only way they would adjust the bill is if we had a leak. She told me they read the meters electronically by wi-fi. He suggested maybe our toilet is leaking, but it is not even working. They sent two different people to read the meter. I don&#**;t have a wash machine. We only use water for dishes and showers. I spoke to ***** yesterday, he thought maybe someone used our water, but that is impossible. The hose is hooked to our RV. Someone would have had to disconnect it. They told me they won&#**;t adjust the bill. We have to pay it in order to keep getting water.

    With having the ability to data log our water meters we are able to get an hourly consumption of any and all water that passed through the meter within the last 90 days. Doing so we can see that from 12/28/23 to 1/11/24 there was intermittent and or continuous water usage at this residence. This was obviously the reason for the abnormally high usage to Mr. ******* bill. Our service tech showed **************** this on our field IPAD but he refused to acknowledge it. There is no way to for us to adjust the bill due to the usage as he is being billed for the exact amount of water that passed through his water meter. We would be happy to share this data logged information with the complainant at his request.

    This company do not send the bills to people and call us after the due date to remind us of the bill and charge 30 dollars late payment
    Last year we got charged late fee because they claim they never received our checks
    We started going there and paying in person
    Then we get surprised with late charges claiming we not paying on time when in fact they never sent the bill the year
    We posted in our face book and very large number of families have the same issue , they never received the bill but still had to pay late payment
    We tried to call Missouri commission office but they said they are not regulated and advised BBB or law suit
    Please help and advise

    He is saying he did not get a bill.  We send them out the same time every month.  He did sign a water user agreement stating that there would be a 15% late fee charge.   It is due on the 15th of every month.  It is within our rules and regulations.  We do a one time removal and we have already done this.   We send the bills out and whether it gets to the customer or not is not under our control.
