****** and his team were fantastic today! They were so respectful, polite and kind. We had just had the hardwood floors refinished/installed in some areas, and they were religious about changing their shoe covers upon exit/entry of the home, which I appreciated greatly! I felt comfortable having my 18 month old with me (and being 9 months pregnant) while they worked.
Lastly, they did a thorough job cleaning out the vents and we were very pleased with the end result. We noticed how clean the house smells now! I cannot recommend them enough.SafeAir Duct Care

On 1/5/23 I left a very critical review of this company. The week of 1/9, I was contacted by the Company Manager who immediately sent the head of operations to my home. He inspected my hvac system and told me that his company would fix my issues. Today 1/11 a team came out and fixed the problem. I also received a discount check. I will use this company again & heartily recommend them. I am very impressed by their response.SafeAir Duct Care

I couldnt have asked for better service! If you are looking for a reliable company that wont cancel and show up please book them. I called around and made several appointments and was cancelled on three times by three different companies. I called Safeair and they came out next day and completed the service same day. I 1000% recommend them and will be using them for future services.SafeAir Duct Care

Excellent service absolutely no complaints, ***** worked with me and my schedule. ***** answered all my questions with detailed answers called when they said they would showed up on time. My Duct work was not real dirty but I can definitely tell a difference between before and after I definitely recommend this company for all Duct Cleaning service do not let the Coupon scar you. They charge for 2nd lines that they are saying is a main
line. I’ve had three company’s out that say they are not main line and
also the mark up that they do is nuts. They charge for more vents even

We did no work at this residence, just an on-site estimate. SafeAir Duct Care is a single focused company specializing only in duct work cleaning and are certified by the ****** A mainline is defined by the cleaning process needed (which differs from vent cleaning also done) and the count is determined by those lines that have to be cleaned "individually". An example would be some return registers count as two (sometimes three openings) due to their placement between wall studs, creating separate lines.I cannot speak to the questionable standards and/or quality process other companies provide or promise as many use inferior equipment that is used to clean carpet, drapes, etc. We clean only duct work and specialize in what we do.In a follow up to her concern with pricing, our service manager offered to personally come out to her home and confirm there was no error in our estimate, she declined.
