    Stay Clear of their properties! Won't do anything about the roaches and bed bugs in apartments! Won't fix anything! Went almost 2 months with no air or heat in cold weather. Said I can break lease, which I did due to the above plus more health issues due to health hazard from all the roaches. Had to leave over $2k worth of furniture behind. Wouldnt give my deposit back nor pay me for items damaged due to all the bugs! Seeking legal action!!

    Filled an application out online and paid the $30 application fee, It was approved at 7:05 AM the next day which was quick, I was told the unit was undergoing renovations, So i go into the unit, first the keys made did not work with the keylock, I go and see around the unit was old, outdated had water leakage from the unit above, they patched the sealing but the ceiling was about to collapse, I did not feel comfortable to live there and pay $575 a month to a slum lord, be careful they use false advertising on their website, the unit was listed as "Low Utilites" and there was a AC unit in the wall, typically AC units make a electric bill crazy. ***** the application fee is non-refundable but prospective renters beware.
