    Last last year we had a small leak from the front of our washing machine due to the lower part of the gasket being worn down in the front. This should have been a very simple repair. The tech came and inadvertently ripped out the guts of the control panel in the process of repairing the gasket. We were very patient and understanding at that point and waited another 2 weeks for them to get the control panel fixed as well. Once the gasket and control panel were repaired we started getting a 'suds' error indicating a filter clog. The tech came out and showed us how to remove the clog, but the machine kept coming up with the same error over and over again. When we called them to reassess the tech came out one final time and accused me of sabotaging the machine and refused to fix it.

    10/04/24 - the customer reported that the washer is leaking.

    10/09/24 - our technician found that the the door gasket is ripped/torn & is leaking.

    12/04/24 - our technician installed the gasket & ordered a control board due to damage during repair.

    12/13/24 - our technician installed the control board.

    1/03/25 - the customer reported that it only worked for 1-2 loads after the 12/13/24 repair, & now it won't finish a cycle.  

    1/16/25 - Our senior technician went out & removed socks, sticks, plastic, a *****, and a rock from the drain filter (see picture). The technician tested the machine before he left, and instructed the **** to shake out all the clothes she washers today, and then have her husband clean the filter again.

    4/28/25 - the customer reported that the washer gets clogged every 4-5 loads, and is now leaking during normal was.  Also there is a hole in the gasket & things are getting through to the filter.

    5/07/25 - Our senior technician found that the gasket was again torn (see pics) by something very sharp - something that should not have been in the washer.

    5/09/25 - our findings were submitted to Assurant (customer's warranty company), and Assurant made a decision to void the customer's warranty due to customer abuse.

    So as you can clearly see, the problem with the gasket did not start happening weeks or months after the repair, it began immediately thereafter. Now, simple logic would infer that the damage to the gasket was either present on install or occurred immediately after as a result of a poor installation. This washing machine was working just fine for several years prior and we have not changed our laundering habits, ie. the same things that were going into the washer before, were going into the washer after the install. The last time I checked, mud, pennies and baby socks do not rip large wholes in brand new gaskets. With this in mind, it should be obvious to anyone that the fault occurred as a direct result of a botched install and is not related to my use of the machine, but now due to the incompetence and pride of this company, the warranty company will no longer honor the warranty that I paid for in good faith.

    Bad service and customer ********************** guy came out jan ****************************************************************************************** order any parts, he also messed up my dryer to where it's not drying anymore , he just straight made up lies to the company he works for I would not recommend this company at all

    I needed a part replace on my washer machine and GE forwarded me over to the business for the repairs, there has been a back and forth with them ordering the part and then when I call no one can give a reason as to why my part has not been ordered neither can I talk to a manager. I just want my washer fixed as promised.

    I had this company come out to service my refrigerator through a warranty claim. A couple weeks ago, when the service man Shane was out, he damaged my floor in my kitchen when he moved the refrigerator out. He did not do this on purpose, but it did cause damage. I followed up about it with **** who took my information down and said a woman would contact me back. I hadn't spoken to anyone so I decided to call. I spoke to a woman who said they didn't follow up with me because they are not responsible for damage in someone's home. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. I asked to speak someone else and she hung up the phone.
