    What a terrible service company. 2 separate times my home warranty tried to use them. Both times they took weeks and ultimately didn't resolve any problems and didn't show up. I now refuse any service with Joplin Repair assigned

    These guys made an appointment to replace parts of my refrigerator. I took off from work for this. This morning, they called me to take out the refrigerator so that they could work without touching it. I told them that I would not be able to do that by myself; I could help them. But they canceled the appointment. Some other companies came earlier, and they pulled out the refrigerator earlier.

    Wow!!! ******* was absolutely fabulous. He did an exceptional job keeping me up-to-date on the diagnosis, parts ordered, and appointments. He even came back at no additional charge to attach the dryer vent that coincidentally came loose when I begin using the dryer again. This was a completely unrelated issue and he was so kind to swing back by and attach it for me. He wouldnt accept a dime. Its rare to find this level of service!

    This place is ridiculous. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to come look at a microwave for a home warranty. Canceled 4 times, but didn't call till end of day, so my day was wasted waiting on them again, even rescheduled from this morning to this afternoon still no show and not even the courtesy of a phone call. Do not call them. This person should be put out of business. Waste of your time. Very unprofessional. No stars for this business, if anything it should be rated MINUS 10.

    Worst experience ever. Have been without my oven for over a month. These folks always rescheduling appts. Say they order parts but cant get correct ones. When I complained the technician said he was going to tell the warranty company he would not try and fix my problem and I was on my own. Do NOT use these people they ware rip off artists and could care less about their customers
