      Do not do business with this **** company. After you call the warranty company this company text messages you. Asked what was wrong with our appliance, had to text them. They tell you not to recontact warranty company. Told me in text message they would order part and be in touch. How would they know what part they needed. No one came out? We text them at later date. Text no part. The dishwasher was brand new in house. Finally after a month we call warranty company again. They schedule a tech from another company. He was out in a day to our house fixed dishwasher all in 48 hours. National must have heard than they try to contact **. Rude when. I told them we had our dishwasher fixed. Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

      We get paid to fix the unit by your warranty company not per trip so we pre order parts on the front end for common issues so we only have to make one trip to fix the issue, I have read through all the texting and that was explained to you on the front end, I also see you texted asking for an update on 3/2/2023 and you was texted back letting you know the part had no ETA on it, I am sorry but we have no control over parts and ever since the covid pandemic parts have taken a lot longer to get and that is not just with appliances it is with everything these days and people are so quick to blast business over it when it is not ever their fault..The parts came in 3/15/2023 and we reached out to you to schedule an appointment and it was you that told us another company fixed it and here is your response to us just trying to schedule an appointment (We already reported you. Someone already came and fixes it. Go give Someone else a headache, Fixed it. Your company is terrible) The texted messages sent to you by our office where never rude I read all of them.

      Worst customer service Ive seen in decades. Received a confirmation date and time for appointment which they later said they couldnt commit to and they also couldnt provide a new appointment date/time. They need a new customer service rep.

      Horrible experience trying to get repairs completed from the warranty I paid for with *****. Appointments cancelled and rescheduled. Wrong parts ordered. Extremely rude! She ended sending me an email stating the repairs were complete and they werent. They told me parts were on back order and they had no idea when they would get these. This company is not legit or professional.

      I had called ******* because I am having issues with 2 appliances. ******* contacted this company for the repair. The company texted me a scheduled date for the next week. I called them and told them I was not available that day. The girl I spoke to was really rude and told me that was not her problem. I asked for them to give me a specific date so I could plan to be off work and she said I would just have to wait for another text with another date. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences and then sent me to another girl who was sitting right next to her. I asked to speak to the owner and they wouldn't let me nor give out any info. They claim they record all their calls. I hope the owner sees this and reaches back out to me so he or she can know what kind of company they are running and how their employee treats their customers.

      They offered you 2 different dates not even in the same week and you where not available for either and demanded a new date and she tried to explain to you that she didn't know the next date that we would be in your area but you kept cutting her off so she was having a hard time trying to explain that to you, and yes all calls are recorded and I have reviewed the phone call and text and matter fact I told them to tell you if you didn't stop the childish texting and some where threating texting I would call the ***************************** and they didn't seem to stop you either , All this because we refuse to service your appliances... Have a nice day...

      It took them two weeks to schedule a service call, two weeks to get the part and only to cancel the day of the repair when I told them I wanted to file a claim towards damage they had done during their last repair. ******* from the call center was really defensive and said "How do you know this damaged was caused by us and not anyone or anything else". After I told her that I was there while I watched the tech struggle removing a cover but failed to verify that it was not damaged was my fault, but the only company that had worked on my fridge was theirs. She got all upset and said she could not do anything. She then threatened to and that she was going to cancel my repair that was supposed to happen after being without a refrigerator for over a month. I said to do what she thought was right, she then said I am going to cancel your ticket and hung up. After trying to reason with her by explaining that the only reason that I noticed the damage was because the refrigerator broke down again she kept interrupting by saying it had been over 30 days, I was then told that it was a he said she said and they would not take accusations unless there was proof. If you ever have them come to your house or business to do repairs, double check the work, specially if Mr. ****** is the one doing the repair.

      The last time we worked on this unit was 4/5/2021 and we have not worked on the Freezer section of this unit and has always been the Fridge part and this is a French Door unit so the Freezer is a drawer on the bottom of the unit, So we have no clue how we could damaged something in the Freezer from over a year ago..

      0 stars is what they should have. Terrible service, hateful to their customers and lie about everything. Someone needs to close them down.

      We where waiting on a door latch that our Electrolux rep was sending to us, we can not fix the unit with out the part and since this was under Electrolux's warranty we had them send us the part and we still have not received the part to this day.. We can not control parts..

      If I could give this company a zero I would, they are the worst to deal with, rude, didn't show up for the appointment they set. If you get a protection plan through ********** make sure this is not the repair company.

      The technician 's van broke down the day of your appointment and we called and explained that, we are sorry we could not make that appointment but we can not control when a van breaks down.
