      I misplaced my debit card in my car when I traveled through **** and realized I needed gas to get home. The customer agent online tried to help me add my card to my Apple wallet virtual card to use. Mind you, I have my debit card number, expiration date and the 3 digits security code. After almost an hour, I couldnt get the wallet to pay at the gas station. So, the agent decided to disabled my debit card, which would leave me without a way to buy gas through the Apple wallet. This man calamines its company protocol. I called back and verified my identity, then I got a supervisor that treated me like a thief asking me to email her a selfy of my face, my drivers license, and the debit card. I told her she was leaving me stranded in a small town with 3 gas stations and 1 bank. The supervisor ****** stated yelling at me that she was following company protocol to protect me from fraud charges. Is this woman CRAZY?!?!? I was by myself in my card at a rest stop driving from **** to Colorado!!!! ***** left me stranded in *********** ****! I told ************ was closing my account as soon as I find a bank. This broad screamed at me and hung up. 5/3/2023. On 5/6/2023, back in ******** **, I asked to withdraw all my money and closed the account. After the man asked why, I told him what ***** did to me. Today 3/7/2023, I checked online and this man never closed out my account. Do these people have listening skills and common sense?

      This bank is a joke most of the time when I going over draft the fees are always different never the same or shut me out of my account where I cannot get any money out at all to pay bills

      I cannot easily access. I need to be able to see what balance, deposit dates etc without having to go to ******* or another location. You don't want bad reviews but give me information!!!!!!!

      So I've been with my bank for over 10 years and they're having this issue with their supposedly **** cards and I tired of them blaming other people for their issues I cannot use my card only at their bank I can't use it at ******* I can't use it at other stores and this is ridiculous it's embarrassing and I'm tired of it this bank *****

      Do not open an account here. If youre concerned about your credit there are other banks thatll work with you. I uploaded a digital check. They put at eight day hold on it stating that there was a window that warned me of that. There Absolutely was not a window or I would have driven directly to the bank, the check was issued from. My rent is due, I have a new disability that I am under treatment for and also need my money to make co payments .I tried to stop the deposit this morning. They will not honor anything. They will not give me any money of mine until their hold is over. They could care less. When you tell them, you could possibly be evicted and have nothing to live on there. Answer as Im so sorry for the convenience. Wow, just wow stay away from Academy.

      WORST Bank I have ever had in my LIFE! I see going through the other reviews many other people had the same issues with them I have had. They have blocked my debit card numerous times on me without even asking me if I was using it? Then their customer service is only open Monday through Friday 9-5 so you cant even call them. Recently I did a transfer from one account into my Academy Bank account which my bank could not find, then was returned to the original account again. I should have closed this account long ago. Now I had a charge in my account I did not recognize so they closed my Debit card which stopped me from being able to pay my rent, or any other Bills. I tried to use my PayPal debit card which wouldnt work. So I talked to Paypal who said to do a transfer into my PayPal account. The transfer did not go in so I talked to a Supervisor who told me they cant stop the transfer I have to talk to my bank. Call bank agent tells me she stopped the transfer and money would be back in my account next day. Next day no money in my account so I call back and am told an entirely different thing. They cant stop the transfer, they have to do a stop payment which is a $25 fee, and will take 10 days. I talk to a Supervisor who was extremely RUDE and then was on hold 30 minutes before she told me the same thing they cant stop it. When I got upset after all this she told me Very Rudely I was not going to talk to her like that! EXCUSE ME? Then she hung up on me. So I had an $800 transfer in cyberspace somewhere and could not pay my rent. They are Rude and Unprofessional, and Have no idea what they are doing. I got a notice the next day my transfer was denied and then it was back in my bank account again. I cant wait to close this account and get rid of these Rude, Obnoxious, IDIOTS!

      i been a customer with ********************** bank for 3 yeasr they have always been a very poor service bank.employyes dont care about customers never help me the way the should help a customer i bought some tickets at groupon and tickets were not good and groupon dont have any customer service number so i call my bank ,so they can help me out but they never did they went in favor of groupon instead of a customer not acceptable and i call dispute department they have very bad personel.worst bank ever.i am moving my money to anotehr bank i lost 755 dlls.and they dont care at all.and it seems nobody cant help me out at all.like other banks.
