I had spoken to them in regards to enrolling my sons in daycare and was told I needed to pay 700 to hold their place and pay for their first week daycare etc. I had explained I was moving from out of state and was unsure when they'd be starting care.
I ended up not moving and messaged them in regards to not needing care any longer and asked for my money back.
    This is the exchange
Would it be possible to get the money back that I had prepaid for their care?

Hey I just gave you a call but no man we do not offer refunds once enrollment is paid it is final

As we paid upfront cost of things for them to be in our care , sorry.

    That's fine I'll contact a lawyer thanks.

Great we will wait to hear from them have an amazing summer ??

I was scammed out of $650. ******* ****** at Kayes Learning Corner (daycare) likes to fake like she has integrity but she does not. She has very poor BUSINESS practices and leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to interacting with her in person.
Last May I inquired about Kaye’s and was initially told they didn’t have any openings. In July 2022, I received an email asking if I still needed care for my daughters, to which I did.
I asked the standard questions, state licensed, fees, tours, etc. to which she responded that she doesn’t do tours in light of Covid and asks that they being paying parents prior to entering…
I paid and signed the contract and that was the most expensive tour I’ve ever had in my life. It was supposed to be on a Friday and she asked for it to be pushed to Saturday. She gave zero logistic directions then had a **** poor attitude when I arrived and had no clue what to do. A few hours after the tour I found out my kids were accepted into another facility and asked ******* to refund my money. Welp, tied my hands with the contract as it stated no refunds. She drug it on and continued to say she was going to “talk to her board” then stopped responding altogether.
I typically like to give people the benefit of the doubt but where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire.
