      The parking lot has signs posted for how to pay for parking use a QR code and Apple Pay. When attempting to use these services to pay the fee, there was an error message related to the business side of the application. I came back on my 15 minute break (1.5 hours later) to try and pay again using the application and QR code, and it continued to give me error messages . Then I was given a $20 parking ticket for not paying the fee. The parking ticket said if I did this again, I would be towed.

      I've parked here since March once a week. Over the last month, the app started not working well. It would take 5-30 tries to get the payment to go through. The last week it just didn't work at all. I thought I'd be able to rectify the situation by trying to pay over and over, but it just never worked and by that time it was too late and I was charged a ticket.

      It seems unfair to me to give a ticket and threaten towing when your app is not working.
