      It's so hard to reach out. I tried calling them after receiving the first order because two of the items were damaged. After trying to call them, there's no ring, it just says the "the number you're calling is out of reach". I don't even understand why there's name Isabella on the options when you call them. I tried sending email, and text but nothing. It's so hard to cancel the subscription as well.

      Nearly impossible to cancel your meal subscription. I've tried calling and texting according to the instructions on their website. I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General today.

      I am a new customer and have not yet received my first box. I placed my order and paid on June 9th, using a discount, for a total of approximately $65. However, just two days later, on June 11th, I was charged an additional $116, which appears to be the regular weekly charge.
      I have tried calling the customer service number provided to dispute this, but I have only reached an automated answering service. Despite following the prompts for help or customer service, no one answered. The website also instructs customers to call or text the number to cancel, but I have tried both methods and have not received any response.
      As a result, I now have two boxes scheduled for delivery this week, which is more than I need as a single-person household. I have made several attempts to contact someone to stop the second box and refund my money, but have not been able to reach anyone. I am very disappointed with the lack of response and support.

      I have been trying to get ahold of costumer service for a week texting almost every day and I’ve called the last 3 days. I have not heard anything back from them. I never canceled my subscription, and they have stopped sending me orders. Some costumer services would be nice so I can find out what’s going on.

      Ordered from FlexPro meals. Order received in timely fashion but not happy with the packaging. Meals were poorly packaged, scattered, ice blocks were melted and packaged meals were wattery. Not happy with taste or portions of meals. Lastly and most importantly, I cannot seem to get a response when attempted to cancel meal plan. Texting and calling number on website elicits no response. Number is inactive when dialed. No response to email listed. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
