Would be zero star but no option. My son sent text as that is only way we had option to cancel as it stated on phone call. No response and of course charged and sent next shipment. Tried again this week still no response and we got charged and shipment. When you call the number on site it states to text and they will respond or go to site for live chat or click the support option. Neither of these are available on their site. It took me texting a few choice words to them to finally have them respond. They called my son and cancelled, said they had a glitch in system today. That is a lie, the site is misleading and I have now read many reviews with same issue. How is this business legitimate?Flexpro Meals

This place intentionally engages in poor business practice in order to manipulate customers into a subscription. They frame it so that you think you're making a onetime food purchase, and then they slide in the fine print that it's a subscription. The customer service is impossible to get a hold of and they don't allow you to cancel your subscription though your own account. It's customer entrapment. They should be reprimanded and fined for this kind of unethical practice.Flexpro Meals

I did look into your subscription and I do see you selected our cheaper option the ProPlan! The terms of the pro plan do clearly state "Commit to one month, pay weekly". HORRIBLE customer service!!! I have tried many times to cancel my subscription but it has to be done over the phone which no one answers or will contact you back. Ive been trying to cancel one subscription but somehow instead I now have 3 subscriptions.Flexpro Meals

1 starI am extremely dissatisfied with customer service and the lack of professionalism. I have contacted the company multiple times about canceling my subscription. I see that I am not the only person having to go through this meticulous and horrible process of cancelling. any business whether a household name or a small business, should always make it simple and hassle free to cancel any subscription. flex pro meals will no longer have my business and I definitely will not refer anyone else to them , as long as they continue to practice their neglectful unprofessional ways. Also I was promised an email or some form of communication notifying me of the cancel process being alert to both them and to me. Terrible self help. Unable to cancel. Nobody willing to help always needing to "get a account manager" on the line but they never call and chats always get ended by the rep with no resolution. Dodgy business practices and I was forced to cancely credit card to avoid payments since they wouldn't let me cancel. Other meal delivery companies provide much better user experience.Flexpro Meals

I placed a one time order. After placing this I was informed that it was now a subscription which I did not authorize. You are unable to reach them by website, phone, text, email or instagram. I did contact my bank and have blocked my debit card as any other charge is fraud.Flexpro Meals

Im very disappointed with the recent customer service. There is no longer a live person to get in contact with, just an automated recording. Apparently, customer service is now handled through text message. When you respond to their automated text message, they never respond or call you back. I was trying push out my final billing (4th order) out a week but was unable to because of their poor recent customer service so they charged my account anyway. *** sent mulitple texts and an email since last Monday, 5/8/23 with no reponse as of yet. Im hoping they cancel my account and stop charging me as Ive requested.Flexpro Meals

The nutritional facts are all false. I just confirmed that 7 of my 8 meals have conflicting nutritional information vs. what the company posts online. Some nutrition facts are over 100% different. This company is absolutely a scam and should be shut down and owners stripped from starting a new businessFlexpro Meals

Hi ******! One great thing about being a growing company is that we are able to be nimble with our products. If a specific product is not be readily available by our vendors, we are able to pull from others to ensure you get the meal you want! Anytime you have a meal, you can rest assured that the label on top is what is inside. Slight variations may occur, but these are very rare, as we try very hard to ensure we get you just what you requested! I was very disappointed with the customer service this company provided me. BE CAUTIOUS because you will not be able to get ahold of anyone in this company to CANCEL or suspend your orders. THEY will automatically bill you and not allow you to cancel. When you call their customer service phone number it will put you on hold for a period of time and then state they will call you back. They do not call you back and after several emails, they responded with a rude email that appeared to be an automatic email. I was unable to Cancel my order or ever get through to them. I contacted my bank and before starting a "Dispute charges", they requested I call the main number of FlexPro that **** of America provided. Of course, this phone number goes unanswered as well. They are simply making it impossible to Cancel your future orders and billing you anyways. I have attached the only reply I received after MANY attempted contacts. If you plan to order from them, please try to contact them first and see what I just went through. I did receive my initial shipment but thereafter it's a money pit they have you set up in. I DID NOT agree to weekly or biweekly shipments, but they ship them anyways. Be cautious! I will take them all the way to Small Claims court if they do not promptly refund my money. The other issue is that the next order has not even shipped yet and they are still not working with me! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Read the other reviews below and you will see everyone else goes through this issue. I think some form of legal action needs to be taken against this company and I will look into it. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, ****. We had some time to look into your complaint to ensure the situation was properly documented and taken care of on our end. We certainly do not refuse to credit or refund anything that we messed up and was in our control. We could understand if you had limited time between your first and second orders and were not aware of our billing and shipping schedules/processes, but that is not the case. Upon further investigation, we did see that your first order was placed on 01/15 and your second order was processed on 02/22 which is more than 1 month apart. Our records also show that you used the "Delay a week" option several times, hence the long gap between orders. This indicates that you were aware of our recurring billing day which is Wednesdays and that any changes, delays or cancellations need to be made before the order is processed on that day. If your intention was to not be tied to a subscription, a cancellation request could have been submitted anytime between the first and second orders. In addition, we send out reminder emails every Monday to let our customers know that they are scheduled to be billed on Wednesday. Your first request for cancellation came after business hours and after the order had already been processed. As noted on our website "All orders are final and cannot be cancelled." The reason is, once an order is processed it is immediately sent to fulfilment. We are a subscription-based company and this information is on our website. Customers also have to select a delivery frequency as they cannot place an order without doing so. Furthermore, we send welcome emails with all the need-to-know information about your subscription. We have no cancellation fees and make it known that you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription has been cancelled so you will not be billed any further by FlexPro Meals.
