  I just tossed the meals I bought from Flexpro. They are disgusting and not edible. They also offer customers a $10 reward to give a good review. It is better to pay a bit more and buy quality prepared meals from an alternative resource.

  This company leads you to believe you can make a one time order but it turns into a subscription and then makes it difficult to cancel (you can do everything via their website EXCEPT you have to call and wait to cancel). And then even after I cancelled, 5 days later they fill ANOTHER order and charge me! My fridge and freezer and neighbors are tired of the dozens and dozens of meals that have piled up, at a very high cost to me.

We would like to say that we in no way try to trick or deceive customers into thinking that they are only going to receive one order. We ensure to have all this information available on our website for all customers to see. Also, before the customer checks out, they are prompted to choose the frequency of delivery which indicates that they will be receiving more than one order. Once you are checked out you also receive an email explaining how the subscription works, etc. In order to better understand the needs of our customers, we do request that you contact us for cancellation. Customer feedback is integral and without it, we really would not be aware of what improvements need to be made to provide a better product or service for our amazing customers. We see that your cancellation request came after your last order was already billed and processed and though we were able to cancel your subscription, that order was not able to be cancelled. Again, we appreciate you sharing with us!

  This company makes it impossible to cancel your plan. You can keep delaying it for a week, but they will eventually stop sending you reminder emails so that the order ships and youre charged without permission. They will then claim they cant cancel an order that was placed less than 24 hours ago. Their customer service reps are extremely unprofessional. On top of all of this, the meals are disgusting.

  This company is a scam and basically every other meal service is a better options. As others have mentioned canceling the service is near impossible and any time you send them an email they respond by asking for pictures. How can I send a picture of meals you never sent?! This company is a scam and everyone should do their best to avoid them. As for the meals themselves they are trash. Portions are small, the food is at best tasteless, and they don't provide full nutrition info. Quality of precook varies wildly as well. Some chicken dishes were barely cooked and others were clearly overcooked. I shouldn't have to worry about food poisoning for the prices they charge.

  Greasy salt bombs! They don't provide full nutritional facts as required by law. Food is ***** and portions are super almost half of other's. They make canceling nearly impossible! No response to my several emails and texts over the past week. Really wish I had read BBB and reddit reviews prior to dealing with this unprofessional business! Freshly and Factor are both 10 times better and are more transparent in nutritional info! If they charge me again even though I have gone through the proper channels and within their stated time lines, then they will be looking at legal action as I already contacted my credit card company and provided evidence of my attempts to cancel. This company is fraudulent and misrepresented their product.
