      Our air conditioner was not working well and I had already had two other companies look at it, one of which told me that I needed a new outdoor unit. I was referred to ***** by a friend, and he came to our house late on a Friday evening to look at the a/c unit. He added coolant to the unit and it started cooling immediately. ***** explained what he was doing step-by-step, and was transparent about the cost. His rates are very reasonable. He called the next two days to make sure the unit was running efficiently and that we were still comfortable in the house. ***** saved me from having to purchase a new outdoor unit. I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

      I wanted to write this review because Lloyd saved us BIG time today.our hot water heater went out today after the bottom had
      Completely rusted out and was filling our utility room with water. He was fast at responding and on time, friendly, over generous and an absolute saint. He is beyond fair and responsible with his pricing. He definitely took care of our family as if we were one of his own.
      He replaced everything we needed and more with no problems or extra hidden fees. Again, he saved us so much, $900 less than other quotes we had been given! He truly does not want his customers to be taken advantage of.
      We are now customers of his for life!
      Thank you thank you Lloyd and crew. We truly appreciate everything!
      We love our new hot water heater!!

      Contacted Lloyd because we have a 20 year old Rudd unit which uses R22. He was on another call, but contacted me when he finished and came over at 7:30pm with his assistant Mark. He walked through every step, explaining what the issues were, what caused them, what he was doing and why. He topped sealed and topped off the unit, did a thorough cleaning of unit. Verified the unit performed and followed up the next morning to check on it. He indicated that he will return after the next over 90 day to read levels and top off at no cost if any was needed. It was close to 10:30 by the time he finished and both Lloyd and his assistant Mark were very friendly and professional. It was pleasant dealing with someone more interested in fixing the issue and not trying to sell me a new unit. I would definitely recommend giving Lloyd a call first!

      Life saver!! He literally gave me expert advice, originally quoted $2250 he was able to sell me a perfectly good, non leaking tank for an extreme fraction of the cost! I’d give Lloyd 10+ stars if it was an option!

      I was dreading calling a plumber because I knew the cost would be out of my budget. I held out as long as I could, but I finally had to call after my sink began to overflow. I'm so glad I found Lloyd the plumber. He came after hours without charging me an excessive after hours fee. He was able to fix by sink for a fraction of the cost I thought it would cost. I'm so glad I found him. I definitely plan on hiring him for other jobs in the future. Thanks

      I woke up and we were all freezing. I am a single mother of four boys and the struggles are real. So, when your furnace goes out and the temperature drops to 17 degrees you panic. A friend referred me to Lloyd and I texted him immediately. He responded quickly and called to let me know he was on another job but was able to be at my home within a few hours. He came in and got it working in no time. He explained my issues in an easily understandable way and showed me how another tech who had previously worked on my furnace had *****-rigged it to where my furnace was running all the time. Which would only have increased my utility bill over the past year. He was amazing we were warm in no time. To work with someone that you dont feel like is trying to make a fast one and affordable, is priceless. He is the best in my book! We appreciated his personality and knowledge.
