They took an unauthorized payment from my account for almost $100 and then was yelled at and hung up on twice because of it. The owner/manager randomly charged mine & 3 other people’s cards when he realized we didn’t pay a deposit even though we were told we wouldn’t be charged for our services until the day of our services by the front desk lady. So when my sister calls to ask a random question, they realized we weren’t charged and then proceeded to charge all of our cards randomly. All of these transactions were unauthorized & now accounts are overdrafted. The owner hung up on me when asked about why he is going through the system randomly charging people money. Called back to cancel my appointment, they said they already did but I still don’t have my money. I know the money isn’t the issue it’s the fact that they are doing this to people and charging peoples cards without telling them and then being rude to customers when we dispute it. Since it’s the owners fault, I can’t call anyone else and don’t know who to go to. Please help! I also added a picture of our group conversation and how we were told we wouldn’t be charged anything until the day of.

******* ******* was part of a group that an error in booking and a 50% deposit was not charged to each of their cards.  Everyone in the group was charged 50%.  However, ******* ********s card would not authorize for the full amount of $87.50 so the transaction was cancelled.  She then called 4 times and made accusatory statements, accusations of theft, berated, and used derogatory language with Myself, the manager *******, and the front desk person ******.  Each of us tried to explain that her card did not go through and the transaction could not be voided or refunded as it would not authorize completely

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

They illegally ran our cards without authorizing us. We were not told upon booking that this was the case wether it was an error on the front desk associate or not does not mean that you can just randomly charge people cards without notifying them of doing so.

No I do not have my money back. They said that it never went through but it did and it took 47.50 of my money. And they are just going to keep it because they think I owe them money now for canceling. And I’m only canceling because they are a fraudulent company and took money out of my account without being notified or without my consent or authorization.

There is no charge.  We did not continue with the transaction as it did not fully authorize.  We did not keep a cancellation fee.  the transaction and appointment were cancelled.  I suggest she speak with her back and verify what she is talking about as now the amount has changed and we have no money from her or any fees or appointments.  her family however is still committed to their appointments and paid their deposits and confirmed they are still attending.  Please feel free to call me ************ *****

I am rejecting this response because:

Please tell me where anywhere in this email states that 50% of our services are due upfront or it’ll randomly be withdrawn any day before our appt? If we were told “ one random day between now and your appointment you will be charged 50% but we don’t know when the owner randomly does it without notifying people, so just be looking at your bank account“ none of us would’ve went here.  We were not notified by the front desk lady or by our confirmation email that we would be charged on November 19th 50% of our appointment. We were actually told we just needed a card to put on the file, exactly as the email states, until our appointment day when we would be charged. The owner looked in the system and found that we had not paid 50% and so decided right then and there that he was going to charge all four of our cards without notifying us or without us authorizing him to do so. That is stealing, that is illegal, that is fraud. I am glad I only gave them a rechargeable debit card with only $40 on it because I knew by the reviews that this business is faulty with money. I still thought I would give them a chance, but their 4.1 star rating says it all. Just to the *** ****, same price for much much better quality services, facility and management. I also have yet to be returned the money they took out of my account because it still says pending as if they didn’t cancel it correctly. Do not go here!!
