    Their customer service is garbage, especially the owner. They illegal took 50% of my fees out before my massage when I was not notified that was part of the process. The front lady said nothing about that, actually said we would be charged nothing until day of service and then we called to ask a question and the owner noticed and so he ran all of our cards without notifying us and said it was the fault of his front desk lady.

    It is our policy to collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking for any person or group with 3 or more appointments. Your card however, would not authorize for the deposit. I cannot speak for your bank and their holds regarding attempted authorizations that will not capture. We did not ever receive a single cent from you. Your appointments were cancelled and there were no fees charged to you. 2 staff members and myself attempted to explain this to you. However, you were too busy screaming and calling us names. You also said that restaurants like ************* always gives you a cash refund when something like this happens. We aren't ************* and we did not ever receive any money from you for the appointments you scheduled which were later cancelled when we could not get an authorization on your card for the deposit.
