    I booked a cruise for 5/24/25, all went well during our cruise besides we did not get our stateroom decorated (which I paid extra for) and I did not get $50 onboard credit as I was told I would get. I contacted Erionne regarding this and she responded that I will be getting reimbursement for both. I have contacted her many times through many platforms and have only gotten a response a few times. I have sent emails, messages and even sent a request on PayPal (the app she requested to use for reimbursement). Still no response.

    I booked a trip with her on 9/4 for March 7-11 to Tulum Mexico. She booked the trip through ***** ********* *** **** ** ************* *** ****** **** * **** ** **** *** ******** ******* *** ******* **** *********************************************************************************************** *

    I made multiple payments. On Feb 11, 2026 I was advised by ***** that my trip was canceled due to no payment. ***** stated that the ******* ******** only made 3 payments to them totaling $400.00. Once ***** provided me the 3 payments I went to my bank statement and saw those payments listed as “***** Vacation” all the other payments are listed as ******* ******** business name. Please see screenshots below.

    I had one final payment due of $400 and on Feb 2 she claimed the site wasn’t working and I need to cash app her the final payment of $400. The screen shot for that is available as well. She is refusing to send my refund for the money she took.

    A friend of mine planned her 30th bday trip to Punta Cana for Oct 10-13, 2024 and had chosen ******* ******** as the agent to handle. On 3/31/24 the $300 deposits were made and after the final payment was made on 9/10/24. The original trip included 5 people however only four of us paid in full by the due date . The trip was cancelled due to hurricane warning in Florida which the layover was the state /city of the connecting city. We asked to be rebooked over and over. The agent has made countless excuses and has not rebooked our trip since two months ago resulting in us wanted a full refund. We have reached out to both emails and phone numbers provided by her numerous times and she has not responded other than to state we can’t get a refund and that’s there is a travel credit. She has not gotten back to me in several weeks regarding this issue and we wish just get a refund and seek another agent to rebook with . I have reached out to the third party booking sites and have been advised the agent would need to book or refund.

    This dispute also includes the deposit in the amount of $360 for a second trip to Dubai that we had also planned to book with the agent prior to her not rebooking the first trip and showing this extreme lack of professionalism and communication . We are seeking a refund for this deposit along with the full amount from the original trip .

    We used this travel agent for a group trip that was supposed to take place 10/10/24. The agent then cancelled the trip claiming it was due to the hurricanes that were taking place at that time but we would have a travel credit of the $1654 that was paid in full for the trip to use on another date. We have reached out to her several times often with no response and still with no resolution. We have tried contacting the company that the travels were booked with to just use the credit on our own since we cannot get her to finalize anything for us, but were then told that she didn’t list the cancellation reason cancelling due to weather but because the balance was unpaid. This is not true, we all have confirmation emails, emails listing our credit amount and showing that our balances were paid in full. Since requesting that she book the trip for us at a later date or refund us since she is not helping us get anything done she has stopped responding completely and we are now out of $1654 each.
