5 starsQuick and efficient work. ***** and the crew did a really great job. Easy to get along with. Walked us through the entire process and answered any questions we had along the way. We are definitely glad I was home at the right time when he came by. We originally had another contractor in line but once ***** talked with me more we decided to proceed with him. Recommending him to others. The roofers were great as well! ***** as well. :)Review fromMike H

1 starWe tried getting a quote from them for some work. The initial quote took 4 weeks to get back and that was after I had to call them 2-3 times. Each time I called I was told I would get the quote that day or the next. Didnt happen. Got the quote and 3-4 days later they came back out stating they wanted to make sure it was right with the general ******* there as well. Told it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. No problem. 3 weeks go by and still I have no quote so I call. Same story as before being told I would have it in a couple days. I wait another week and call the corporate office to talk to someone. All they do is call the branch and ask when it will be ready. Same story. I wait another week and speak directly with the general *******. Same story. Finally I call the corporate office again and this time I done being nice so I let the custom rep ******* have it. Lo and behold I got the quote 3 days later. I would never go with Aspen Contracting anywhere in the country. There is no accountability to the main office to do right by the customer. This was just for a QUOTE!! I cant imagine how bad the work would be or how long.Review fromMike M

I was recruited into Aspen Contracting through mural relations. I was brought into the company with no previous knowledge on roofing. I was expecting to be guided into my deals as my managers said they were here to help as much as possible.I went out and canvassed as I was told to. I gained leads and people who wanted estimates. I received hardly any effort from my managers, therefore I lost my leads and they no longer wanted to do business with Aspen. Keep in mind i have come all the way from another state for this opportunity. Which was talked up and sold to me just the same way they sell their roofs. Aspen runs off a script and most of the time it is not genuine. My managers laugh and brag over selling jobs which is a sign of nothing but conceited activities. My General Managers both mock new hires while making us Fake Knock their doors. Which really creates nothing but unwanted anxiety at the door. Just so unprofessional. Anyone looking to work, or do business with Aspen should be Wary. The people you are working with are not who they may seem to be. I can confidently say i was not trained correctly , I received hardly any help in the field, and Overall i spent 4 months wasting my time and effort on Aspen and their Cult like brotherhood. I made no money over a span of 4 months, due to a lack of care and interest from my higher **** This company is a JOKE, if you want to make money in the roofing industry, stay far away from Aspen. I was a *******, So i came to ******* to chase hurricane damage. I was told that i was going to have a bed, And i never got one. I slept on air mattresses and a couch while none of my mangers cared or offered help. They do not care if you are making money or not. Which is absurd, as a manager it is your job to ensure your trainee is trained every step on the way. I didnt get that at all. I was thrown into the field to fail. There is also constant drug abuse taking place within Aspen.
